Bronner’s CHRISTmas Wonderland Delivers Connected Customer Experiences with NetSuite

World’s largest Christmas store implements NetSuite to improve efficiencies and deliver superior customer service

MINNEAPOLIS (October 13, 2020) – Bronner’s CHRISTmas Wonderland has chosen BTM Global, a premier provider of system integration and development services, to implement Oracle NetSuite. With NetSuite, Bronner’s will have a complete view into its digital and physical operations and will be able to provide a continuous shopping experience for its customers whether they chose to shop online or in-store this holiday season.

Founded in 1945, Bronner’s, “The World’s Largest Christmas Store,” offers Christmas trims and gifts online and at its store in Frankenmuth, Michigan, which is visited by more than two million people annually. The Bronner’s store is the size of one-and-a-half football fields, the overall building is the size of five-and-a-half football fields, and the retailer has two offsite warehouses. To gain a single view of its business and connect its financial, ecommerce, point of sale and warehouse data, Bronner’s selected BTM Global to lead the implementation of NetSuite. With NetSuite, Bronner’s will also be able unify the physical and digital shopping experience to help personalize customer service and ultimately, drive more sales.

In addition, Bronner’s will be able to take advantage of the ecommerce and point to sale capabilities within NetSuite, SuiteCommerce and SuiteCommerce InStore, to create an exceptional and personalized shopping and check-out experience for customers both online and in-store.
