Rize Home, LLC is the result of a merger of Rize by Mantua Manufacturing Co. and Glideaway by Fredman Bros. Furniture Co., both third generation privately held family businesses that have provided quality bedding products for more than 60 years. Rize Home serves B2B and wholesale customers in retail, hotels, hospitality and commercial outlets.
Challenge: A Patchwork of Financial Systems Hindered eCommerce Growth
Rize Home’s B2B customers were increasingly making large purchases online, which sparked an opportunity for Rize Home to expand its eCommerce presence and capitalize on new sales. But to achieve this, the company needed clearer visibility into its financials and overall business position. This required consolidating and streamlining multiple financial software systems, ultimately giving Rize a holistic view of all business lines and driving more informed, data-driven decisions.
Solution: A Powerful ERP and a Partner for Complex Integrations
Rize Home chose NetSuite SuiteSuccess for Manufacturing, a cloud-based solution that manages all aspects of a business in a single system. With it, Rize Home would gain a unified view of procurement, production and financial data.

In addition, our customization and integration expertise enabled us to architect their complex integrations and data flows in house.

Rize Home now has full visibility across finance, manufacturing, eCommerce and retail data in a single, powerful NetSuite platform. This consolidated view of the business has helped Rize make more informed and strategic business decisions, resulting in a rapidly growing eCommerce line of business.
For example, automated billing has freed up employees for other strategic tasks: With the previous ERP, it took an individual a full day to bill all shipped sales orders for the week. Today, NetSuite does that same work automatically and daily, thanks to BTM’s configuration of the Billing Schedule feature.
Merger and acquisition support
During the project, Rize Beds merged with Glideaway. BTM again leveraged NetSuite’s platform to streamline and consolidate the companies’ financial systems and merge products into Rize Home’s original NetSuite instance.

Due to the success of the project and merger, Rize Home chose to continue the partnership with BTM’s NetSuite SuiteBoost managed services. With a dedicated and expert BTM contact, Rize Home utilized our responsive team for minor updates and documentation changes until the in-house team was ready to fully own NetSuite.
