Our leadership team is diverse in background and aligned on BTM\u2019s mission. We\u2019ve shaped a company that thinks creatively, does right by our clients, and gives back to the communities where we live and work.<\/p>\n<\/div>
Kimberly is president and CEO of BTM Global, and serves on its board of directors. She is charged with setting and overseeing the company\u2019s strategic initiatives, along with its growth across all service areas. Since joining the company in 2008, Kimberly has led her teams to deliver expert solutions with transparency and consistency that build long-lasting relationships and accelerate clients\u2019 objectives. She most recently served as BTM\u2019s COO and as senior vice president, delivery management. Prior to joining BTM, she was the senior director of retail development at Oracle Retail. She has held positions at ShopNBC, Retek Inc. (now Oracle Retail), Plural (now Dell) Consulting and Accenture. Kimberly has a degree in chemical engineering from the University of Minnesota.<\/div><\/div><\/div>
Andy founded BTM Global in 2004 and has served as chief technology officer and on the board of directors since the company\u2019s inception. Andy upholds\u00a0professional standards in all aspects of what BTM Global offers clients and, as a result, clients often contact him for his perspective even outside of active engagements. He has more than 20 years of experience in complex retail application development and ERP implementations, including serving as a senior software architect at Retek, Inc. (now Oracle Retail). His successes included performance engineering and optimization for several key retail-focused applications, as well as re-platforming a mission-critical product to run on a variety of databases (Oracle, DB2 and Teradata). Andy received an electrical engineering degree from the University of Minnesota and earned a Diversity in Business Award from the Minneapolis\/St Paul Business Journal. He actively works with and supports several orphanages in Vietnam.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

Tom is chief strategy officer of BTM Global and serves on its board of directors. He is charged with supporting the company\u2019s vision and deepening its relationships with partners and clients. Tom previously served as BTM Global\u2019s president and CEO for 16 years. His exceptional career includes managing complex, high-profile technology projects on a global scale, along with 30 years of software engineering experience including scientific, military and retail applications. He has held numerous leadership positions at Traveler\u2019s Insurance, Retek Inc. (now Oracle Retail), MediSpan, and as a civilian with the U.S. Navy. Tom earned a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from Marquette University. He serves as president of Kids Promise, a nonprofit organization he founded with other BTM Global leaders to support children\u2019s educational dreams in Vietnam.<\/div><\/div><\/div>
As vice president of operations, Julie is responsible for all company operations in the U.S., including human resources, recruiting, benefits administration and management, along with strategic efforts that support BTM Global\u2019s projects and goals. Prior to joining BTM Global full time, Julie was a trusted HR advisor to the company. She has served as vice president of human resources for Vascular Solutions and for space 150. Julie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>
Judy serves as chief financial officer and is responsible for overseeing all of BTM Global\u2019s financial operations, along with supporting its growth initiatives. With more than 15 years of experience, Judy has held positions as controller at Outsell Corporation, branch controller and corporate accountant at Equus Computer Systems, and various controller positions at organizations throughout China. She is an active CPA and a member of the Minnesota Society of CPAs. She serves as the national DEI committee chair for Financial Executives International and vice president of DEI for their Twin Cities chapter, and she is active on many other boards and committees in the community. In 2022, Judy earned the prestigious \u201cCFO of the Year\u201d award from the Minneapolis\/St. Paul Business Journal. She earned a Master of Business Administration in finance and accounting from the University of St. Thomas.<\/div><\/div><\/div>
