World Kitchen, a U.S.-based kitchenware products maker and distributor that owns and licenses brands such as Pyrex, CorningWare, Corelle and others, wanted to invest in a new point-of-service (POS) system for its stores to better service customers and empower store associates. This included the ability to provide new offerings, new promotions, better keep the attention of the customer and improve the overall shopping experience.
