Oldest and Largest Family-Owned Jeweler Upgrades Customer Experience with Oracle Retail Xstore

Rogers & Hollands gains omnichannel retail tools for superior service in stores or online

MINNEAPOLIS (Sept. 15, 2022) – BTM Global, a premier provider of implementation and integration services for Oracle Retail solutions, announced that Rogers & Hollands is live with Oracle Retail Xstore Point-of-Service (POS). Rogers & Hollands is the oldest and largest family-owned and operated jeweler in the U.S.

With Xstore, Rogers & Hollands has improved the efficiency and speed of customer service in its retail stores. Store associates are equipped with a modern POS system and mobile devices that allow them to serve guests anywhere in the store, access relevant customer information to improve and more efficiently drive the sales experience, reduce manual processes and automate tasks.

BTM Global led the implementation and integration of Xstore, which included only a small number of modifications due to the solution’s out-of-the-box power and sophisticated tools. Following the go-live of Xstore in all Rogers & Hollands stores, BTM will collaborate with the Rogers & Hollands team to further enable and leverage the Oracle Retail Customer Engagement Cloud Service for creating and managing compelling offers and loyalty programs; as well as Oracle Retail Order Broker Cloud Service for real-time order fulfillment and to better serve customers with purchasing and receiving orders anywhere, anytime.
