Oracle Industry Connect lived up to its name last week, as the event was all about connecting for us: Connecting with current clients, potential clients, partners and so many others in the retail tech industry. We were proud to be a gold sponsor of an event that establishes and shapes so many of the relationships and ideas that are fostered in the coming year!
We were especially excited to present with our client, World Kitchen, on the “whole business approach” to Oracle Retail Xstore upgrades and legacy integrations. Together, we discussed why this approach was key to World Kitchen’s success, as well as the importance of a technology partner’s diverse experience.
World Kitchen and another client, Helzberg Diamonds, were also generous with their time at a packed roundtable session during which they discussed their own journeys with POS upgrades and EMV implementations. Learning from other organizations’ experiences is one of the most valuable aspects of OIC.
And of course, there was time for some fun as well!
