We’re thrilled to introduce ArMand Nelson, who has joined us as Director of Retail Strategy! In this new role, he’ll be responsible for leading special projects for our retail clients, collaborating on our strategic growth initiatives, and contributing his vast knowledge of retail and retail technology solutions to the BTM team.

ArMand brings extensive experience in IT operations and administration, as well as a deep retail background. For well over a decade, he was president of the Oracle Retail Users Group in which he led and facilitated communications of Oracle Retail software issues and enhancements among its 700 members. ArMand also served in various roles at Gander Mountain, most recently as IS Director – Applications and Service Delivery.

ArMand’s experience and leadership will play a key role in growing our reputation for industry expertise and offering creative client solutions. Welcome ArMand!
